Well, I happen to think that these messages are totally messed up.  First of all, introversion is an innate preference that you can't just willpower away.  Second, constantly going against your nature leads to excessive stress and exhaustion.  And third, introversion comes with awesome benefits that deserve to be celebrated and taken advantage of.  

As an introvert, you have the ability to focus and concentrate and work independently for long periods of time.  You have the ability to listen and ponder and produce creative insights.

You have tons of potential! 

So if you are looking for an introvert coach who’s going to “cure your condition", I’m not the right fit for you.

My mission is to help stressed out introverts and highly sensitive people create lives that they ACTUALLY like!  

As a highly sensitive introvert who spent decades hiding my true self, I have the lived experience of what it feels like as well as a deep personal understanding of what it takes to transform.  

My formal training as a Whole Person Certified Coach® and a Certified MBTI® Practitioner along with my years of writing about and working with highly sensitive introverts give me the expertise and tools to guide you on your journey.

I love nothing more than seeing introverts find their confidence and create lives full of meaning and engagement!

For a customized-for-you program, please consider my personal life coaching services.  All one-on-one coaching sessions are conducted online via zoom. 

When you sign up for a coaching package, you'll receive a link to my availability calendar, which you can use to select time slots that are convenient to you.

My services are location independent and I do work with clients all over the world and in different time zones with some availability in the evenings and weekends.

What makes this introvert coaching?

Here are the ways in which I try to make my coaching services introvert- and HSP-friendly.


  • Mid-conversation pauses are expected and encouraged.  You are allowed to think before you talk!
  • Every live coaching session has a clear pre-determined focus so that your peopling energy doesn’t get wasted.
  • It is assumed that some of the biggest take-aways and insights might come to you not during our live session but afterwards when you start processing. We’ll have a way to document and keep track of these developments.
  • My coaching sessions are conducted online via zoom, so there isn’t the added stress of “having to go somewhere.”
  • For people who find zoom calls too visually stimulating, I provide the option of doing voice only zoom or telephone with no visuals.  
  • For the seasons of life when even a weekly life coach session constitutes as "too much peopling", you can still take advantage of my self-paced online courses.
  • Most importantly: I get who you are and what you are going through. I won't ever push you to compromise your needs as an introvert or Highly Sensitive Person.
